Ingredients:

  • 200g high-quality dark chocolate (70% cocoa), chopped

  • 100ml heavy cream

  • 50g unsalted butter, cubed

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. In a heatproof bowl, combine chopped dark chocolate, heavy cream, unsalted butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water, ensuring the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water.
  3. Stir the mixture continuously until the chocolate and butter are completely melted and the mixture is smooth and shiny.
  4. Remove the bowl from the heat and let it cool slightly, then whisk the mixture until it thickens to a spreadable consistency.
  5. Pour the chocolate mixture into a mold or a shallow dish lined with parchment paper.
  6. Let the chocolate cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
  7. Once set, remove the chocolate from the mold and cut it into small squares or bars.
  8. Serve your delicious Swiss chocolate as a treat or gift!
