Potato Wedges
Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
- In a large bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
