Ingredients:

  • 4 large potatoes, washed and cut into wedges

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. In a large bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
