Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for
about 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Reduce the heat to low and stir in the grated Parmesan and
mozzarella cheese until melted and smooth.
Add the dried oregano, dried basil, and red pepper flakes (if
using). Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss to coat with the cheesy
garlic sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add some reserved pasta
water until you reach the desired consistency.
Serve the Cheesy Garlic Pasta hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
