Grilled Steak
Amount of people:

Ingredients:
4 steaks (about 200-250g each)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon salt
0.5 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped (optional)
1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped (optional)
Steak sauce or compound butter, for serving (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat your grill to high heat.
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. If using, add the chopped rosemary and thyme to the mixture.
Brush the steaks with the olive oil mixture on both sides.
Place the steaks on the hot grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve the grilled steaks with steak sauce or compound butter if desired. Enjoy!
