Lamb Chops
Ingredients:
- 8 lamb chops
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, black pepper, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
- Rub the mixture all over the lamb chops and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Grill the lamb chops for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- Remove the lamb chops from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot. Enjoy!
