Ingredients:

  • 8 lamb chops

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, black pepper, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
  2. Rub the mixture all over the lamb chops and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the lamb chops for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  5. Remove the lamb chops from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot. Enjoy!
