In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, paprika, dried thyme, and dried rosemary.
Rub the pork chops with the olive oil and then coat them with the spice mixture.
Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and add the pork chops. Sear them for 3-4 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute until fragrant.
Pour the chicken broth into the skillet and add the butter and lemon juice. Stir to combine.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 63°C (145°F).
Remove the pork chops from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
