Avocado Salmon Toast

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of whole grain bread, toasted

  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed

  • 100g smoked salmon

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Fresh lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Toast the slices of whole grain bread until golden brown.
  2. In a small bowl, mash the ripe avocado with lemon juice, chopped dill, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mashed avocado evenly onto the toasted bread slices.
  4. Top each toast with smoked salmon slices.
  5. Garnish with additional dill and serve with fresh lemon wedges on the side. Enjoy your Avocado Salmon Toast!
