Pan Seared Tuna Seasame

Ingredients:

  • 4 tuna steaks (about 150g each)

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger

  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, sesame seeds, ginger, garlic, and black pepper.
  2. Marinate the tuna steaks in the mixture for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat a grill or pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the tuna steaks for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  5. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with extra sesame seeds and sliced green onions if desired. Enjoy your Tuna Sesame Steaks!
