Pan Seared Tuna Seasame

Ingredients:
4 tuna steaks (about 150g each)
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon minced garlic
0.5 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, sesame seeds, ginger, garlic, and black pepper.
Marinate the tuna steaks in the mixture for 10 minutes.
Heat a grill or pan over medium-high heat.
Cook the tuna steaks for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
Serve hot, garnished with extra sesame seeds and sliced green onions if desired. Enjoy your Tuna Sesame Steaks!
