Lemon Garlic Butter Salmon
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets (about 200g each)
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh lemon slices, for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease it.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice and lemon zest.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Pour the lemon garlic butter sauce over the salmon fillets.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices. Serve hot. Enjoy!
