Lemon Garlic Butter Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 200g each)

  • 3 tablespoons butter

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

  • Fresh lemon slices, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease it.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice and lemon zest.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Pour the lemon garlic butter sauce over the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices. Serve hot. Enjoy!
