Ingredients:

  • 60ml white rum

  • 30ml freshly squeezed lime juice

  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar (adjust to taste)

  • 8 fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish

  • 1/2 cup soda water

  • 1 cup ice cubes

  • Lime slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a sturdy glass, muddle the fresh mint leaves with granulated sugar and freshly squeezed lime juice.
  2. Add white rum and stir well to dissolve the sugar.
  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  4. Top with soda water and gently stir to combine.
  5. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint leaves and lime slices if desired.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Mojito!
