Chocolate Lava Cacke

Ingredients:
200g dark chocolate
100g unsalted butter
100g granulated sugar
50g all-purpose flour
4 eggs
Pinch of salt
Vanilla ice cream, for serving (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Grease and flour 4 ramekins.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate and unsalted butter together in short bursts, stirring in between, until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar and eggs until pale and fluffy.
Gradually pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, folding gently until combined.
Sift in the all-purpose flour and a pinch of salt, folding until just combined.
Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins. Place the ramekins on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes until the edges are set but the center is still soft.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 1-2 minutes. Carefully invert each cake onto a plate.
